1. Introduction

Magellan Publishing Inc. ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company") operates One Crypto Place, a subscription service that monitors publicly available Solana blockchain activity from a curated list of wallets and delivers alerts about that activity through Telegram (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights available to you, whether you're located in the United States, Canada, or elsewhere.

This Policy applies to:

• Our website, onecryptoplace.com (the "Site");
• Our Telegram groups and any bot-delivered messages; and
• Any other communications between you and us related to the Service.

By visiting the Site, subscribing to the Service, or joining our Telegram groups, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Service.

1.1 Geographic Scope — Service Not Offered in the EU, EEA, or UK

The Service is intended solely for individuals located in the United States and Canada. It is not directed to, marketed to, or offered to individuals located in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, and this Policy is not designed to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the UK GDPR. If you are located in the EU, EEA, or UK, please do not subscribe to or otherwise attempt to use the Service. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information from someone located in one of these regions, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information and terminate the associated subscription.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide directly

• Account and billing information. When you subscribe, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your name, email address, billing address, and payment card details in order to process your subscription. We receive limited information back from Stripe — such as your email address, subscription status, and the last four digits of your card — but we never receive or store your full card number, CVV, or other full payment credentials. See Section 5 below.
• Telegram information. When you join our paid or free Telegram groups (typically via an invite link generated after checkout), Telegram shares your Telegram user ID, username, and/or display name with the group and, where applicable, with us as the group administrator. We do not have access to your Telegram password, phone number, or private messages outside our groups.
• Communications. If you email us (for example, at info@onecryptoplace.com) for support, billing questions, or any other reason, we retain the content of that correspondence along with your email address.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Website usage data. Like most websites, our Site and hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information when you visit — such as IP address, browser type and version, device type, referring page, and pages viewed — for security, troubleshooting, and basic traffic analysis.
• Cookies and similar technologies. The Site may use cookies or similar local storage that are strictly necessary for the Site to function (for example, remembering that you dismissed a banner). If we add analytics or advertising cookies in the future, we will update this Policy and provide the appropriate notice and choices required in your jurisdiction at that time.

2.3 Information we do not collect

To be clear about the boundaries of this Service: we do not ask for, collect, or store your personal cryptocurrency wallet addresses, private keys, seed phrases, or exchange account credentials. The wallet addresses referenced in our alerts belong to third parties whose activity is publicly visible on the Solana blockchain — they are not your data, and we have no access to or custody over your funds at any time.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

• Create and manage your subscription and process payments (through Stripe);
• Add you to, and remove you from, the appropriate Telegram group(s) based on your subscription status;
• Deliver the Service itself — i.e., send you alerts and related messages;
• Respond to support requests and communicate with you about your account, billing, or changes to the Service;
• Send you administrative or service-related notices (for example, a change to these terms, a scheduled outage, or a change to which wallets are being tracked);
• Monitor, maintain, and improve the Service, including diagnosing technical issues;
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service; and
• Comply with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting record-keeping.

We do not use your information to send unsolicited marketing from third parties, and we do not use your personal information to train third-party AI models.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

We do share information with the following categories of recipients, only as needed to operate the Service:

• Service providers (processors). Stripe (payment processing and subscription billing), Telegram (message and community delivery), Railway (application hosting), and Hostinger (website hosting). Each of these providers processes information on our behalf and is contractually and/or independently bound to appropriate data protection standards.
• Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to detect and prevent fraud.
• Business transfers. If Magellan Publishing Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
• With your consent. We may share information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

5. Payment Information

All payment card processing is handled directly by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your full card details are transmitted directly to Stripe and are never transmitted to or stored on our own servers. Stripe's use of your information is governed by Stripe's own Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review it.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed to:

• Maintain accurate billing, tax, and accounting records;
• Resolve disputes or enforce our agreements; and
• Comply with applicable legal or regulatory retention requirements.

When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it. Note that Telegram message history within our groups is retained according to Telegram's own systems and policies, not ours.

7. Your Privacy Rights

As noted in Section 1.1, the Service is offered only to individuals in the United States and Canada. This Policy accordingly addresses U.S. and Canadian privacy rights below and does not include GDPR- or UK GDPR-specific provisions.

7.1 All users

Regardless of where you live, you may contact us at any time at info@onecryptoplace.com to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you;
• Request a correction to inaccurate information;
• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to our legitimate need to retain certain records (e.g., billing history) as described in Section 6; and
• Ask questions about how your information is used or shared.

We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.

7.2 U.S. residents

Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, and similar laws in states including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others). Where applicable, these rights may include the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — which, to be clear, we do not do. Depending on your state, you also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights, and, in some states, the right to designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf.

7.3 Canadian residents

We collect, use, and disclose personal information in accordance with the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial private-sector privacy legislation. If you are a resident of Canada, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you;
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
• Withdraw your consent to our collection, use, or disclosure of your personal information at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice (note that withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide you the Service); and
• File a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or with your applicable provincial privacy regulator, if you believe we have not handled your personal information appropriately.

If you are a resident of Quebec, additional rights may apply under Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25), including the right to request that we cease disseminating your personal information or de-index it in certain circumstances.

8. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Magellan Publishing Inc. and the service providers listed in Section 4 (including Stripe, Railway, and Hostinger) may process and store information on servers located in the United States or other countries outside your own. If you are located in Canada or elsewhere outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your home jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer, storage, and processing.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from someone under 18, we will take steps to delete it promptly. 10. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Third-Party Links

Our alerts and Site may contain links to third-party sites and services, such as Solscan or DexScreener, that let you verify on-chain activity referenced in an alert, as well as a link to Telegram itself. These third parties operate independently of us, and this Policy does not apply to their practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site or service you visit.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Service, or legal requirements. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Policy on the Site with a new "Last Updated" date, and, where appropriate, by notifying active subscribers directly (for example, via Telegram announcement or email). Your continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
